Currently, in this area of the town, there are no adequate sports fields and playgrounds. Around 1300 children attend the 3 schools situated nearby. All of these children play in improper conditions between buildings, on the street, and on the sidewalk. Knowing these facts, the need for developing both a sports field and a playground in the Center's yard has become evident. In the front of the Center will be the playground for little children and in the back will be a multifunctional sports field suitable for various sports (soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball, tennis, badminton, and others).
