SALT AND LIGHT

Starting in the summer of 2005, we have been hosting a large-scale city wide Evangelistic outreach over the course of a one week period in July.

Practical Projects have included:

- Vacation Bible School
- "A Clean City"
- Sports Evanghelism
- Roma Outreach
- Spa and Beauty Treatments
- Personal Evanghelism
- Construction
- Dental Clinic
- Acts of Kindness - orphanage and old people's home
- Medical team
- Sewing classes
- Car wash

Salt and Light 2011 will take place between July 25th – 31th

CHRISTMAS EVENTS

Special evangelistic services and events take place at Christmas and Easter, as well as various other times throughout the year.

For the last few years we have been able to rent out the largest hall in the city to present a special Christmas program open to the entire city. This Christmas (2008) the 2000 seat hall was filled to over-flowing! Due to the generosity and hard work of groups and individuals across the world, we were once again able to provide many needy children and families with special Christmas boxes and gifts while sharing with them the message of the gift of grace and salvation that God has to offer each of us.

We have also been blessed to have special musical groups and speakers travel to Hunedoara to help us reach out to the citizens of our city through song, testimony, fellowship and Bible teaching.

CHRISTMAS SHOEBOXES

In recent years we have been able to rent the largest room in town to present a special Christmas program for children. Last Christmas, the 2 000 seats were not sufficient for the number of children who came to this event.  With the generosity and the hard work made by people around the world and people from our country, we had the joy to offer special boxes and Christmas gifts to the children from Hunedoara.
