Foreign families donate to help meet the needs of local families. The Center provides support and supplies for 15 disadvantaged families from the poorest areas of Hunedoara in order to meet their material and emotional needs.

All the activities are intermediated by the Bethlehem Center . The foreign families receive detailed information about their Romanian counterparts and timely feedback from the Center concerning the spending of money. Although the project started with families from Scotland , it is also open for families from other countries. Even families from Romania , with a good material situation, can partner with disadvantaged families.
