Our center is located in one of the poorest area of Hunedoara - an area where still exist homes without hot water or heat. There are families from the Center’s neighborhoods who are living in difficulty. They suffer from poverty, unemployment, and a low level of education. Many of them are living in deplorable conditions. Children from these families are deprived of proper conditions for growing and developing. Families should provide care and protection. These children are more likely to develop deviant behavior: vagrancy, pilfering, begging, violence, drug and alcohol addiction, prostitution and sexual abuse.
