The Bethel Humanitarian Association ministers through the Bethlehem Christian Center in Hunedoara, Romania. Our ministry began in 1994 and, through the grace of God, has continued to flourish in its attempts to share the Gospel and to meet our community's many needs.

Our mission is to minister to local youth so they can have a personal relationship with God and to become Disciples of Christ. We strive to improve disadvantaged children and their families' quality of life by providing material and educational assistance and emotional and spiritual support in Christian love.

With the help of those who support us, we can focus our projects in four areas to fulfill this mission:

• Spiritual – We facilitate various Bible clubs, Christian camps, a library, and evangelistic events.
• Social/Emotional – We actively participate in meeting the dire needs of our community.
• Educational - We operate after school tutoring and vocational education programs.
• Recreational - We lead sporting and camping activities.

All of our actions are inspired from Matthew 6:33 "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
