The strategy for training and equipping teachers has been carefully developed. Every month we have a meeting with all the teachers involved in our programs. This meeting consists of fellowship, training, experience sharing, and teacher motivation. The management team contacts well-known Christian leaders that can share some of their knowledge and experience in children ministry. Also there are two annual leader's camps (one for training and one for fellowship), and two leader's weekends (a summer camp preparation one, and a camp evaluation one). Once a year we have one or two weeks of intensive teacher training at the Bethlehem Center.
