CHILDREN

Center - Four age specific children's groups are run on a weekly basis, aimed to share the Gospel with kids aged 4 -11 through singing songs, learning verses, hearing Bible stories and praying together. One hour is spent together in this format, after which the children have one hour of games, sport and craft activities. Around 100 children come weekly to these groups.

Villages - Various teams and volunteers travel out weekly to 12 villages surrounding Hunedoara (including villages in the mountains, or over 30 miles away) to share the Gospel with children and teenagers through stories, songs, crafts, verses, drama, games and prayer. Approximately 300 children attend these groups on a weekly basis.

YOUTH

Every Monday evening from 6-8pm we host a group for teenagers between 11-16 years of age. We have a time of worship, prayer, various group games and a time of discussion often stemming from a video clip or topics affecting the youth in their every day life.

Friday evening from 7- 9pm is our young adults (16-30) meeting, run almost in the same format as the teen meeting. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons many of these young people come for a relaxed drop-in session of rummy or other board games.

Tuesdays from 5-7pm we host a girls group, for girls between 10-16 year old. We worship, pray, play, cook, and chat together. Each week we look at topics relevant to girls in this neighborhood, often using stories of girls and women in the Bible as our guide. Around a dozen girls come out to this group each week. We are hoping to soon separate the group in two, one for younger and one for older girls, to be able to meet the different needs of the different ages better.

ADULTS:

Over the course of the week groups are held for women, men and mothers.

On a Tuesday evening a small group of men come for a game of rummy or chess, followed by a time of prayer and deep discussion.

Friday evenings it is the women's turn. A group of around 10 women join us weekly for prayer, worship, fellowship and Bible study.

Thursday mornings we host a group for mothers with young children. We gather in our play room so the kids are free to play as the mothers enjoy a time of fellowship together including discussion over various parenting issues and the solutions we find in the Bible, as well as worship, and a time of pray for our families.
